This car was booked in to get some protection from all that winter motoring can throw at a vehicle, its only use as a weekend car but still was in a bit of a state for a 08 especially the amount of bonded contamination :tumbleweed:
On arrival:

http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04592.jpg
First job was the wheels, using Auto Smart, smart wheels and a array of brushes, to clean front, inner, claipers and hubs:

http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04627.jpg
Next up where the door and boot jambs, using Auto Smart G101 and a detail brush:

http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04639.jpg
Arches treated with APC and scrubbed:
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04650.jpg
Wash stage now, and the first job was to treat the lower half of the car with our own Citrus TFR, Arches with APC and foam with another of our own products citrus foam, rinsed down and washed TBM with Dodo Born to be mild and a Zymql sponge:

http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04680.jpg
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04703.jpg
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04707.jpg
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04710.jpg
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04714.jpg
Some lower parts of the car had some Tar bonded on so Tardis was used to remove these:
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04739.jpg
So time to get teh paint silky smooth, it felt like sand paper to the touch  so out with the Dodo grey clay (this stuff is the best clay i have ever come across honestly) and megs last touch as the lube, taking 3 hits on the up facing panels:
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04727.jpg
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04751.jpg
After the front wing :
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04742.jpg
After half the bonnet:
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04747.jpg
The paint needed alittle freshening up (please note this is not a "correction detail" so this was not going for 100% perfect correction) however my line up was Lime prime on a polishing pad, i find this stuff excellent on the harder paint types, it removes light swirls and defects pretty good and (as long as you work it right through) finishes down well:

http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04758.jpg
After:
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04762.jpg
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04764.jpg
And other areas done by hand:
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04776.jpg
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04778.jpg
LSP on this occasion was Dodo Juice SN V2, iv been getting some great results from a double coat of this on my van and test cars and the finish is first class :thumb: You shall see :D
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04781.jpg
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04783.jpg
Wheels treated to a a coat of poor boys wheel sealant:

http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04800.jpg
Whilst that was setting/bonding the interior was detailed and leather cleaned and conditioned with Glipton:
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p165/jamesbat/carrea%20grey/DSC04845.jpg
And a few other bits and bobs like, glass treated with G-tec G1, tail pipe trims polished with autosol and WW, tyres dressed with Megs endurance gel (still not found any thing to beat this old school fave) arches with Auto Smart Finish, then a final buff:
