Very nearly, it looks lovely from the pics (see pistonheads classifieds)

Alas, buying this place at the Ring soon, plus a few other worldwide properties has tied a lot of cash up for the Mo', so can't stretch to it at the minute :(

But they maybe another possibility next spring :)

This is one of Eddies, i met with him yesterday, at his Hotel.

The view up Breidscheid is awesome :)

He is the 1st to admit, that the properties are very expensive compared to the local places.

However, they should be rented out 80-90% of the year, and as they will come fully furnished to a very high spec, they will command a very high rental return too. This will be run by eddie, and will make it hassle free for the owners.

He has some very good contacts with racing teams all over the world.
Ferrari being one of them, as they book his whole hotel for the week, at GP time.
